Aloy Ejimakor, Special Counsel to confined head of Indigenous People of Biafra,
IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, , yesterday, said the Federl government can’t indict the leader
of IPOB until it persuades the Nigerian courts and Britain that he was lawfully extradited
to Nigeria.

He said both Nigerian regulation and worldwide sanctions to which Nigeria is a signatory, precludes kidnapping
of persons by the government.
. He said on account of Nnamdi Kanu, the Nigerian government has not questioned
Nnamdi Kanu’s case that he was kidnapped in Kenya, tormented and brought to Nigeria in chains.

As per Ejimakor, “Nigeria should initially clear up for her homegrown courts and the global local area,
especially Britain, how Kanu ended up in Nigeria in chains.

This is nevertheless a fundamental condition point of reference without which indictment of Nnamdi Kanu can’t follow.”

Part of Ejimakor’s assertion read: “Following the unexpected appearance of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in a Federal High Court
in Abuja on 29th June, 2021, the Attorney-General of Nigeria (Abubakar Malami, SAN), at a question and answer session on
similar date, expressed that Kanu was “caught through the cooperative endeavors of Nigerian knowledge and
security administrations”. He added that “ongoing advances taken by the Federal Government saw to the interference of the
outlaw Kanu on Sunday the 27th day of June 2021.
