Leading a team of lawyers at the first hearing of the fundamental rights enforcement suit, Aloy Ejimakor, the special counsel to Kanu/IPOB said the suit is
“sui generis primarily aimed at redressing the infamous unlawful expulsion or extraordinary rendition of Nnamdi Kanu”
